Poor interaction by service. Prolonged time without being told.
I took my car in for a recall and to fix a blown tweater speakers on my 2 year warranty on my 2024. They refused to fix the speakers and say they were fine. I get my car back with the headliner covered in grease after checking a speaker. I get upset file a formal complaint with corporate and now have a case number with my vehicle here. Then they said they would do the repair and told me they didn't care I filed a formal complaint. The worst Service department ever, they don't know what they are doing and always trying to charge extra.
Recently had to have a recall for the torque converter done on my 2018 Honda Pilot as well as a failed high pressure fuel pump replaced. I made the mistake of allowing WH Honda to do the work. I generally work on all my own vehicles and have for the last 25+ years. I worked at a garage my neighbor owned during college with ASE certified mechanics.
