I opened a service ticket with this dealership in October of 2024. They placed an order for an infotainment unit that was on backorder. I followed up multiple times and was told the part was still on backorder. In January of 2026, I asked again about the part while bringing in a different vehicle for service. The dealership had ordered the part incorrectly and only corrected the issue after I notified them about it after over a year of waiting. Made service appointment online (appointment # 211340, check engine light on at 6000 miles stating there is an emissions issue and that power may be reduced). I specified the issue with my online appointment. I was asked in the online appointment process if I wanted to wait which I confirmed Yes.
