We had an excellent experience with Hector Colon-Zambrana in the Honda Service Department. He was professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. What made the experience even more meaningful was that our previous visit to this service center had not been particularly positive, so we were understandably a little hesitant about returning. So here's the thing: We have a nice car. A 2026 Honda CR-V Sport Hybrid. I love my car. And, the vehicle service industry is changing at whip-lash speed, such that corporate and dealerships are actively at odds with each other as far as maintenance instruction goes. I opened a service ticket with this dealership in October of 2024. They placed an order for an infotainment unit that was on backorder. I followed up multiple times and was told the part was still on backorder. In January of 2026, I asked again about the part while bringing in a different vehicle for service. The dealership had ordered the part incorrectly and only corrected the issue after I notified them about it after over a year of waiting.
