Made service appointment online (appointment # 211340, check engine light on at 6000 miles stating there is an emissions issue and that power may be reduced). I specified the issue with my online appointment. I was asked in the online appointment process if I wanted to wait which I confirmed Yes. Once I arrived the service receiving personnel asked if I had a ride. I said I didn't mind waiting (I had also mentioned that on the call with them prior to arrival). Hector in the service department is great! Brought my car in for an oil change and he found a few things that needed to be fixed. He kept me updated and made sure everything was fixed before we left.
Thankful for the service center. Although I don’t appreciate being given recommendations for services without individual price tags on the services they suggest. They did rotate my tires and change my oil. They were kind.
