Update: took my car in for a recall and they met their commitments and were generally helpful. Hopefully things continue to improve. Took my car in for regular oil change and tire rotation. I always take an air cap off one of the tires to see if it moves. When the vehicle left, the back left tire didn’t have a cap, that same tire on the back left was missing the cap when I came back.
