Terrible
They always treat me right.
This is a pretty crummy “stealership”. First they never ask for more time to diagnose my vehicle and then expect me to pay for that extra unauthorized charge. They give me a bill of $1600. Then after talking to the service manager we corrected that and lowered the price to what I should be paying. Then, they tell me “the check engine light is on” and for us to diagnose it will be another $175”. All I asked for was what the code was.
