The recent 50,000 mile "Check up" on my 2018 CRV which was overseen by service coordinator Kyle, was done with minimum inconvenience for me. I was offered a ride home when I dropped off the car and picked up to retrieve it when the work was done. The timing went as Kyle had predicted it would; the cost was surprisingly low for the amount of work done and the staff were uniformly helpful and courteous. I even had a newly cleaned car when I retrieved it!!
While I have had issues with a used vehicle I purchased from Patty Peck, I have been amazed with the way they stood behind the vehicle, the service advisor Kyle Bryan is great!!! Couldn’t ask for better service, professionalism, and courtesy. Also Avery Collins was outstanding, standing behind the recent purchase when he didn’t have to. True character, moral and integrity you don’t find these days.

ETA: Bernardo took great care of me! Thank you for being so thorough and for even addressing issues that I was unaware of. ETA: Randy was wonderful! Enough updates that I was aware of what to expect, and he was very considerate at every step.

My service was top notch all the way trough from the Service Advisor Bernardo to the tech that worked on my car Patrick both explained to me in details I could understand what was done and my vehicle was even vacuumed out and run through the car was service was great 10 stars out of 5 Thank You
