Jason in service is the best!
Bring my car into scheduled appointment bc my dash light went out. I researched the issue online, requested when I came in to have the battery and all fuses checked. They told me a fuse and battery wouldn’t cause the issue. I leave car there and they send me their BS inspection and says that they can’t even diagnose the issue that in order to diagnose it’s going to be 4- 5 hours of labor and over $500 to take apart my LoJack alarm system to check a wiring harness…. Bought a car there with the maintenance free package and every time we try to take it up there there’s an excuse why they can’t do it. First we were told by some girl with a bad attitude that it’s “not needed “ yet. They reset the service reminder.
