Bring my car into scheduled appointment bc my dash light went out. I researched the issue online, requested when I came in to have the battery and all fuses checked. They told me a fuse and battery wouldn’t cause the issue. I leave car there and they send me their BS inspection and says that they can’t even diagnose the issue that in order to diagnose it’s going to be 4- 5 hours of labor and over $500 to take apart my LoJack alarm system to check a wiring harness…. Bought a car there with the maintenance free package and every time we try to take it up there there’s an excuse why they can’t do it. First we were told by some girl with a bad attitude that it’s “not needed “ yet. They reset the service reminder. Took it back when it was “time “and they say we have to have an appointment which we were never told before. We are only free on weekends which is always booked on the website. I have had wonderful experiences at the Honda service center. It’s true that it takes quite a long time for services but I generally drop my car off overnight and pick up the next day. They do a great job with services and are very communicative (texts for recommended services and videos). I’ve had a pleasant experience with all the customer service reps there (Ken is awesome if you want a specific person) and generally just trust they’re going to do a great job. Had an appointment today at 12pm today for a routine oil change and couldn’t have asked for a better time. Nathaniel was super helpful and I could tell he really did enjoy his job. Thank you again for the awesome service!
