Really impressed with their customer service. My Honda dealer sold me a vehicle with wheel locks and key. When i went to change my tires there was no key. This location was kind enough to provide a lug key at no charge.
I don’t know what has happened at this dealership over last few years, but I have had several bad experiences. I would not recommend the dealership anymore.
I had to retract my last review because when I initially wrote it, they were located in Conyers with very good customer service, staff, & overall great satisfaction with me in particular. HOWEVER, I had to withdraw a couple of stars because some of the new staff they have now is not friendly (quite rude & unwelcoming actually). You can request 1 thing to be done & they will be inside & out of your car Rambling around, just going thru your things without any permission whatsoever & doing things that was not requested 🤦🏽♀️ ... read more
