Had an appointment this morning Came in with a minor issue. I knew exactly what was wrong and how it can be fixed. I pointed it out to the technician. They told me that they would need to run a diagnostic treatment to figure out what was wrong and would be $250 regardless if it was fixed or not just to find out what the problem was despite the fact, I told him exactly what the problem was.
