I just spoke to Tyson from Honda service about my 2021 Honda CRV recal.Tyson verbiage was very calm and spoke clearly. He was very professional and very helpful. Its kinda nice to know that people like Tyson still exist in the world. Thank you Tyson for your calm tone of voice and professionalism.
I deeply REGRET the experience I had with the service advisors at this establishment. My initial interaction with them while servicing my new Honda was highly DISAPPOINTING. Despite planning my day around the promised noon delivery time, I received no updates until 4:30 pm, despite multiple attempts to contact service advisor Colin Wiebe through calls and texts on his provided personal number.
