I bought my VTX1800 in Septermber of 2013...my sales person was professional and friendly. He followed up the sale with discount coupons and check up calls to be sure my experience was satisfactory. I then bought a number of after market items such as an air cleaner, 2 into 1 pipes and a FIM that I did not have the time or expertise to install. My experience was a very positive one. Working with Bill (salesperson) I purchased a new NT700V ABS. The transition initiated, agreed upon, and a deposit placed over the phone, as I was purchasing this from out of state (Michigan). All the final paper work was completed when I arrived to take delivery. Bill was knowledgeable and friendly. I gave a 5 Star here because I couldn't think of a single negative throughout my entire transaction process. Thank you Bill for a pleasant purchase experience.
When Hurricane Irene came through Maryland, Honda of Crofton was totally there for me and my family. I ordered a couple generators from them, which were expected to arrive the same day as the storm. Their truck was delayed almost 12 hours, and didn't arrive until 10pm....they were supposed to close at 5pm, but stayed until almost midnight to get myself, along with many other people, the generators that they ordered. The guys over at Honda PowerSports of Crofton are great! Every time I go in there I'm welcomed graciously. They're all so knowledgeable and nice. I've bought multiple generators from them, along with a cbr1000. They've got a customer for life!
