It was a good experience altogether, they are not much into negotiations of car price.
Tried using this location for an oil change and probably will not be back.
Terrible customer service. My HRV has multiple recalls and I visited the store and called and left messages but I did not receive a call back. Due to the heating element defect (the element gets overheat and the rear windshield will explode), my family has been driving without the heating element on the rear windshield on the HRV. I like Honda (two Honda purchases) but this experience is going to push me toward other brands in the future.
