I have been a loyal honda customer since I got my learners permit. This place is a sorry excuse for a service center. I had my husband drop my car off. He told the sales member Izzy that he was here for an oil change. I guess he ran over a list of "MANDATORY" services and my husband was like we just need the oil change. Always quick and easy
I brought my car in for a warranty-covered air compressor repair. Without informing me, the service center also performed a recall repair on the fuel pump. While I appreciate that the recall was addressed, I was never told it would be done, and I only discovered it when my gas gauge stopped working the next day. This led to two additional nights and parts of three more days without my car—on top of the two prior days for the original repair. total rip-off. over the phone, they quote one diagnostic price, but in person, they make you wait and then give you a completely different rate—like five times higher. totally misleading and unprofessional
the guy who picked up my car for service smelled like expired deli meat left in a gym bag. Whole car needed to air out for a week just from the test drive.
