Very disappointing experience. This branch clearly focuses only on customers who are buying cars for commission. After the purchase, customer service drops significantly. If you come back with a question or an issue, you are often ignored while staff focus on new buyers. At the service department, there is an Arabic-speaking employee in the maintenance department (service department) whose behavior is very unprofessional. It is extremely disheartening to know that loyalty means nothing to the Honda team at STL. I've been going to them for repairs for over six years, never been offered a slight discount not even 10% to offset the taxes - every time I go, they jack up the prices. Theyre scamming out of peoples money since very thing is 1.5 x more expensive. To sell tired $200 more than the market price is ruthless... ew. Trying to replace parts that aren’t needed. Not trustworthy. Went to Honda on Richmond Rd and they confirmed the parts they were trying to replace were fine. Trying to scam money off me because I was owed a free condenser on recall, Richmond replaced it for free. Avoid this Honda location.
