They are always there to help with utmost professionalism. With the years that they have serviced my cars, they proved to be honest and know what they are doing. I have full confidence in them.
Tooo bad
Very disappointed: had set up an appointment two weeks prior, was told it would take 2 hours. I chose to go back home with the shuttle. Called back after 3 hours to get an update, I was told that, because I had left, they had been taking other customers. Obviously upset, I asked them to bring my car back when done. All in all, instead of 2 hours, it took them 5.
Had a break down on a Sunday and was able to get vehicle into their lot. Left my keys and note in the overnight service box. They called me very 1st thing Monday morning to get more details. Advised me they had a full week of scheduled maintenance and would do their best to work on it between scheduled maintenance and true to their wood got it by Thursday. All contact with them was absolutely top shelf!
