The owner of the facility has not provided the staff with the dealer only scanner to properly diagnose my motorcycle . I am concerned that the facility intentionally turns away warrantee work. Honda quality is way down. one year warranty compared to royal Enfield 3 year. My bike blew a head gasket at 11,000 while my Harley friend has 130,000. It is in your best interest to buy elsewhere and run from this service department .
Quite literally the best customer service at a dealership you could get.
The Service. Products and People are great. I only use genuine Honda parts on my bike, the price on most compare with any online business, with better quality, and a smiling face
