I like the inspection reports & videos coming through text, as also the service representative’s updates about estimated completion. There is a 2.5% convenience fee for card payment. I was told West County Honda (the previous owner of this dealership) used to charge convenience fee as well but it was hidden in the bill. Though I don’t want to pay the convenience fee, but I appreciate the transparency.

I arrived at my Honda dealership without an appt because my car died while driving. Joe saw me right away & called me the next day with a diagnosis & plan. When I arrived to pick it up, he got me on my way quickly! While my car was in shop, I stopped by to get something out of my car. I walked in & Rodney greeted me with a big smile and helped me get my things quickly. Give him 5stars, too!
