I cannot offer enough praise for all the staff at the service center. Five hours into a cross-country trip, I noticed a grinding noise at low speed, worse when I tapped the brakes. Concerned about my brake pads, I found these guys an hour away, called and explained my situation. Vinny was remarkably helpful, telling me to bring it in and they would help as quickly as possible to get me on my way.
