Communication is key.
This place is a joke , I called and made an appointment on the phone for service. I asked for a later time so my husband could pick me up after leaving it and she said I wouldn’t need to drop it off and if it did need to stay with them, they would proved a rental. Well I come into my 1pm appointment and informed it will need to be dropped off and that they are keeping my car as well as making me wait till 6 pm for my husband to pick me up because they are not providing a rental. Waste of time . We went in for fender liner issue . The technician kenneth klinger did not even identified the issue and fixed the top trim and charged $50 for identifying wrong issue and 250 to fix it . Upon checking when we asked it’s a wrong identification - they mentioned we cannot do anything now . They are so expensive . To change the top trim for 15 minutes, they charged $217 labor and did not even fix the fender issue . And now asking again $200 to change fender liner . They set up an appointment for my CRV. Upon arriving at 7am, I was advised the part was not ordered. Wanted me to reschedule. I found a dealership that was cheaper and made my experience nice and smooth.
