I had the plastic bumper of my 2018 civic fall off and brought it into Honda of Westport service for repair. The bumper fell off again after about a year while just driving down the highway. I’m sure that Honda’s design likely contributed to this but I’m definitely bummed that the repair did not last

Poor Customer Service. I have give Honda of Westport Repair Center many chances and every time it is a disappointment. AC for my 2019 CRV is not working and they don’t have appointments for another 4 days. Representative was not cordial or sympathetic.
