Honda Plaza – Absolute Garbage Service (August 12, 2025) On August 12, 2025, I wasted nine hours of my life at this place—arrived at 10 AM, left at 7:45 PM, and my car STILL wasn’t fixed. They told me they’d order the parts on Thursday, but when I asked if it was done, they admitted they hadn’t even bothered and said they’d “do it tomorrow.” While inspecting my car, I found smudge marks and scratches on my driver-side door from their technician. This was my first time visiting this Honda service center, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. I had an appointment scheduled for 1:45 PM for a simple oil change, and I didn’t get my car back until nearly 5:00 PM. That’s over three hours for something that usually takes 30-40 minutes. Even worse, I was the last person left in the waiting room, with no updates or communication about the delay.
