Not usually one to leave bad reviews but I've had 2 bad experiences with them. Most recently it took their shop 10 full days of my car in their care for an ac issue to tell me the compressor makes a weird noise when turned on and needs replaced. Everyone was nice, but clearly they did not know how to diagnose or handle this, and the quoted price for replacing the compressor was over double another shops. I don't plan on coming back
Brought my car in for a drive shaft recall and there was nothing noticeably wrong with the car, after picking the car up the car is completely out of alignment and the power steering is inconsistent. When i called to let them know and bring the car back i was told they couldn’t look at the car for a whole week but so be it, i waited a week then brought the car back in to have the work looked at and now i have a $4,500 quote that they are telling me is “unrelated” to the recall work they did. Jayson on the service team was excellent - kept me informed of service progress and did do super quickly - was able to pick up my car earlier than expected. Jayson was transparent along the way about what my car needed and cost. We've been Roush customers for over a decade and will definitely be back!
