Your time means nothing here. Waited 30 minutes in the drive bay for a 'service advisor' to even come to my vehicle. Then had to wait another 10 minutes for the cashier to get my rental car paperwork ready. Definitely recommend going to another Honda dealer for any warranty/recall work and a local mechanic for anything else.
Came here a few days ago for an oil change, first day I left upset because I had to wait many hours. However Dylan went above and beyond to help me. Excellent service advisor.
