I went into Roush to get regular oil change maintenance on my Accord and was taken care of by Brett Smith. Brett has been at Roush a long time and has helped me with service in the past. He is very knowledgeable in his job and keeps you well informed. Ask for Brett Smith and he will take great care of you and your car.
Staff was so welcoming and helpful during the visit. Really nice getting to connect with Brady, he was really helpful to share details of my car which I was not aware of.
Wow. Service Advisor Justin Alloway and Service Director Mehdi Lalani won me over today. Yesterday a call center rep led me to believe I was still covered by a 10 year warranty extended to certain Honda Fit drivers, for a built-in fuel injector issue. When I arrived today for my scheduled appointment I was told the warranty had actually ended in February. It's a $2,000 repair and I had taken the day off so I was very upset.
