Wow. Service Advisor Justin Alloway and Service Director Mehdi Lalani won me over today. Yesterday a call center rep led me to believe I was still covered by a 10 year warranty extended to certain Honda Fit drivers, for a built-in fuel injector issue. When I arrived today for my scheduled appointment I was told the warranty had actually ended in February. It's a $2,000 repair and I had taken the day off so I was very upset.
