Rey was extremely nice!
GOOD: Ray was a great help. Informative and calm. I was entitled to a free service as part of my warrant but I could not get in within a year. So they said I could not get the free service. NOT GOOD. The free service was supposed to be before 12 months or 12,000 miles. I missed the 12 months by a couple Of weeks and I was less than 12,000 miles so I thought it would have been nice to let me have the free service anyway. Staff was very accomodating, paperwork done quickly n actual work done on recall issue funished in a jiffy. Very satisfied.
