Excellent service and very polite staff
I have a 2018 Honda Civic with a broken AC. The diagnostic found that the condenser, compressor shaft seal, and evaporator was broken. This is a common issue and the condenser and compressor shaft seal are covered under a 10 year warranty so they should be able to repair those parts for free. The evaporator is not covered under the warranty and they quoted me $2.9k for the evaporator. They also charged $229 for the diagnostic fee, due to the evaporator.
