Tiffany was an exceptional service advisor—kind, competent, and highly professional. She communicated clearly, handled everything with care, and approached every interaction with generosity and diplomacy. My only regret is not having worked with her sooner.

It's hard to read these negative reviews. I had a completely opposite experience. I recently visited the Honda service department for an engine issue, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make the experience stress-free. They diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, getting me back on the road very fast . Also, the price was very very fair considering what they had to do. They were extremely helpful from beginning to end.

Incompetency or dishonesty. Not sure which. In February they told me I needed new tires and that I needed to replace my brake fluid. When I brought my car for an unrelated issue in May, after doing neither of those things, their next inspection found my tires magically grew 1/16" of tread (5 in May vs 3 in Feb) and my brake fluid was no longer an issue! I came in to the service department and Jeff saw me right away! He was super helpful. He fixed the problem immediately and sent me on my way. Impressed with the professional staff and fast service.
