There is a willingness to work with you, however after pointing out a dent in my new car before leaving the lot it’s taken weeks (even still no reply) to get any resolve. Each manager is passing me around thinking I will just go away but buying a car is a large investment and I hoped that customer service was a top priority for this team. Going above and beyond to make sure I remain a customer as this is my second car with them. I’m very disappointed
I recently bought a used Honda Civic from this dealership, honestly the car buying experience was easy and Chris was great. If I could, Chris would get 5 stars, everything since buying the car gets a one star. When I bought the car the weather stripping on both the driver and passenger front door was falling off. They said they would order the part and it come back in and it would only take an hour to be fixed. Once the part was delivered I drove back up there. Didn't buy a car here but had a great experience with the parts division! It can be very difficult to get reasonable pricing when buying OEM parts, but these guys offered competitive pricing on multiple items. Came in to buy fluid for my transmission, and they made sure that I also had the appropriate replacement washers for the job. Very friendly service as well.
Alfonso and Andrey were excellent, if you go, find these 2 guys, a great sales and manager combo team! seriously Honda SM will take care of you, find these 2 guys
