I was on a week-and-a-half motorcycle trip on my 2001 BMW RT1000. When I woke up in Coos Bay, to discover a front brake leak. I went to see the team at Honda World. They did everything they could to get me back on the road. Even though they obviously do not service BMW's, they were extremely helpful. Thank you!!
I just purchased a honda pilot. I had the best experience with the absolute best saleman i have ever had buying a car (Brian Harlow). He made it less stressful fun & easy. He answered all the questions i had & said to stop back by any time if i had anymore questions. He had the best sense of humor, it made my day so much more pleasant. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism from the service department from the very first phone call. I have a Lexus RX350 SUV and it was absolutely no problem for them to service my vehicle. I took my Lexus to Coos Bay Toyota last year (because Lexus is a Toyota product) and they told me my floorboards were saturated with water— which they were not— so I contacted Toyota asking them about the issue and never heard back from them.
