I bought a oil pan for $316.50 the part it came in damaged with cracks so we requested a return And I was told there would be a 20% restocking fee but I only received $ $215.20 credit. Okay IDK where they got Their math skills but by now
I've been placing orders with recently. They went out of their way to get me a part that was damaged in transit. This unfortunately happens. They had it three days later for what could have been weeks! Jose
Given how easy and seem-less most e-commerce is in 2021 this place stands out as a poor example. Ordered a switch Thursday. No follow up the next day so I emailed asking if it was going to be on time. No reply to that or another message or to two phone calls. Finally got someone to answer the phone Monday, the same day it was supposed to be here. “We just got the part but haven’t been paid by PayPal.” PayPal paid them Thursday.
