I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this service center due to a serious lack of communication between the service desk, parts department, and mechanics — all of whom work just steps away from each other. There were multiple instances of miscommunication, unethical behavior, and what felt like outright dishonesty. Terrible experience and one that I unfortunately am still going through. I purchased a car May 6 and still can't seem to pick up my car because it was not ready to sell. Then I was denied a rental and made to wait over 6 hours in office to speak to someone. Then the front desk was plain rude to me in person and on the phone. How does a whole tire and rim comes off a car while you driving and the want me to $800 to repair replace but any money or $400 when they have these professionals rotate these tires and say they it’s my fault the rim got cracked and a tire and rim fell off but I’m not understanding the lugs is what hold the rim on why should I pay anything this is ridiculous and Honda is a major company everyone enjoys driving a Honda Accord Civic
