Not sure why they have negative reviews at all. This is my first stop for getting Honda parts. They're not cheap by any means, but most original parts aren't. I've never seen a grumpy lady at the parts counter, but Barry is always the one that's there when I go and he's always friendly, professional, and will do what can to get me the parts that I need.
I have nothing but amazing service from this parts department.
I would give zero star if I have option to choose. The lady at the parts counter needs to learn what is customer etiquettes .She was extremely rude. I would like to remind you as a customer I pay freaking money whatever I buy from you. I don't expect anything free from you. Keep that it in mind when you deal with any customer.
Terrible experience I received from their parts department. I asked for a side mirror part, the person I spoke to down talk and said it was $1,000 for this part, he didnt even asked me what part is required or If I knew (I did). Just left a bad taste and felt my business was not welcomed.
