had an appointment at 7:40 AM for a basic service and diagnostic after hitting a curb. It’s now 2:00 PM, and I was just told my car is still being worked on. That’s over six hours of waiting for something that should’ve taken one to two hours at most. I understand dealerships can get busy, but this kind of delay — especially with an appointment — is unacceptable. Had an appointment for and oil change and tire rotation. Service advisor tells me it's going to be 4 hours because they have a lot of cars already there. What's the point of an appointment. Tells me to come in Tuesday or Wednesday at 7 in the morning. Seriously. Appointments shouldn't be an option.
Great service from Jonathan! Job well done, is the only one that goes beyond, meet me expectation. He should be promote. Also the others couple crew that I meet before him should lear from him to improve in costumer service.
