Had an appointment for and oil change and tire rotation. Service advisor tells me it's going to be 4 hours because they have a lot of cars already there. What's the point of an appointment. Tells me to come in Tuesday or Wednesday at 7 in the morning. Seriously. Appointments shouldn't be an option.
Great service from Jonathan! Job well done, is the only one that goes beyond, meet me expectation. He should be promote. Also the others couple crew that I meet before him should lear from him to improve in costumer service.
This has been the most inconvenient and unacceptable experience. We dropped off our car Friday morning 12/8 - appt was 8:20am. We did not receive any updates all day on Friday. I took the initiative to call the dealership Friday afternoon roughly 3:30pm but never received a call back, since the lady who picked up said the technician, Robert, was in the middle of something.
