Not a fan of the lack of customer service skills. That pertains, to almost everyone working here. You're just a $$ sign when you walk through the door the first time. After you've purchased something, and you walk through the door the next time, you're nothing more than an inconvenience, because you as a customer, are now looking for something for nothing, at least in their eyes !! All Cape breton dealerships are the same.!!
