I am giving five stars because I know how it feels like to give a one star and ruin a local business reputation, but hopefully you'll take my complaint seriously and fix the issue. Your parts sales people should be more patient and should stop blowing air into the phone when talking to people showing that they're annoyed. I will not mention his name but if he reads this comment he will know himself and will probably know who I am.
Great guys at the parts counter. I order my parts online at a substantial savings. Suburban Honda has yet to disappoint.
