Terrible customer service and communication. I had rodent damage on my car but also had to address a Honda recall so I decided to take it to the dealership service center and after 3 weeks of no car and horrific communication, I soon regretted that decision. Apparently a part that was needed for repairs was on back order, which I’m very understanding of, if I was informed of that, which I was not. Jay Poulanc was attentive, explained services to be performed, transparent on costs and also informed timely when service done, any issues (none) and car could be picked up.
