Horrible experience. Classic bait and switch. The finance director, Dean and his manager are sleazy untrustworthy people just out for a quick sale. They will say anything to get you to buy the car but don’t trust them. We were promised certain pricing by a salesman and then when we went to buy, Dean was extremely rude saying that they are losing money on the deal and we should be so grateful to be buying from such a great dealership with such a a great record. Worst experience ever at Honda. I made ann appt for service and they neglected to tell me that the service location was in an entirely different TOWN than the Honda of Westport dealership. (We just moved here from out of state) SO I get to the dealership and have to go in to get the address of their service location and am a 1/2 hour late. I get there and they tell me I have 3 outstanding recalls. Again, why didn't they tell me this when I made the appt? They just shrugged and said I don't know. Okay, I have been going there for years for my oil change because they always treated me nice with respect. However last year in September of 2019 my experience was not so great with this employee , I don't want to mention her name .
