I have been here one hour so far getting an oil change. Still waiting, problem is they tried to up sell me $883 dollars in other maintenance. They advertise Express Service Really!
Just a tad bit irritated right now that I scheduled ANOTHER appt to get this recall part fixed a few days ago. My appt is at 7am and I get a voicemail at 5:58pm saying they don’t have the part, the shuttle wouldn’t be available in the morning and they don’t have any loaners. Then continued on to say,”we close in 2 mins so you can call back tomorrow to get rescheduled. This part has been out of stock on several occasions.
