I’ve been doing business with this dealership for several years, and yesterday was extremely frustrating. I had an appointment scheduled for an oil change, but I ended up waiting at the dealership for three hours. While I was there, I didn’t receive any text updates or communication about my car. Extremely horrible service. My wife's honda has had a TPMS fault since she has owned it. She bought the extended warranty and they refuse to change the sensors. They keep giving her the run around and just reset the sensors. Now after 2 years of use, they are saying the light is coming on because of wear of the tire... come on. They will not diagnose it before she buys 3 new tires. So for future reference, don't buy from this place and don't ever get their bullshit extended warranty.
