Went for my routine maintenance for my car and as usual my any issues pertaining to my vehicle was well taken care of. Marcel does an amazing job to keep you posted on every detail and checks in with you if there needs to be an approval.
I usually bring my vehicle here for maintenance with no real issue. However this last time was not so good. I had a 7:00am appointment and was the first to see a service advisor. Unfortunately it took over 2 hours for the service technician to perform an oil & oil filter change. My car wasn't ready until after 9:30am. The advisor apologized for the delay but didn't know why the technician took so long. I'm considering going to another Honda Service Center for my next appointment.
Excellent service. It was an enjoyable experience from start to finish.
Ask for Gary. He's amazing! He was able to put me in a new car while helping me trade in my old car. Very low interest rate.
