I can’t say enough nice things about this service department or dealership for that matter. They went above and beyond our expectations. Great to know that somebody out there still knows how to do good business!
I will never come back here to get my car serviced. I take my pilot here since it is a Honda dealership and trusted my car with them. On three different occasions the day after getting my car oil changed, something is wrong with it and different warning lights come on. How ironic and coincidental is that? Sounds more fishy to me. I recently when to the tomball servises. I go there all the time for oli change and other servises, but all the time I have the same problem . All the parts on the bottom of my car is in bad position.
I recently went to Honda in Tomball for service for my vehicle. I was prepared to spend most of my day there, but the service advisor Brittany got me in and out with excellent customer service. From the moment of my arrival she was quick to meet me before I even stepped out of my vehicle. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind and I greatly appreciated that especially with my little to no knowledge of vehicles. Didn’t fix our van and charged 1000$ refused to return our funds horrible worst please don’t go be careful
