Made a same-day appointment for my Honda Prelude. Briana was great! She asked me questions, gave good conversation, and in the end, my car feels brand new, so the technicians did their thing as well! Thank you all for a wonderful experience.
Unfortunately can’t remember her name but there is a female worker at this service center with a terrible attitude and horrible customer service. Good job losing business from customers because of your terrible attitude and customer service. We will never be back and never recommend to anyone to come here. Management should look into that and review training for staff or look into disciplinary action because that was outrageous behavior and gives the town of Tenafly a cheap bad name.
