Lady with the southern accent was very nice.
Purchased a brand new Honda civic from another dealer. 8k miles later i needed an oil change and decided to stop at this location while in town. It was free due to the current promo from Honda at the time. They Did the oil change and then proceeded to tell me i needed a wheel alignment and quoted me on one. I questioned this as the car is new. Decided to get a second opinion and take it back to the original dealer, they then told me i infact DID NOT need a wheel alignment everything was okay. Zero stars, I went to Honda service to get recalls at 8:30 appt and they had my car all day, came before they closed and they said they have to keep my car till the morning, they gave me no longer car and made me late for work.
Don’t appreciate the dishonesty. Came in for an oil change on Saturday morning. One of the tire is low on pressure. Ask them to take a look. Oil change was free since is a new car. Car only have little over 5k mileages. The service advisor name Will came and tell me there’s a nail on the corner that can’t be patch. So I trusted him and didn’t question anymore.
