I bought a pre certified CRV. I drove 1000 miles and my tire pressure light came on. I put air in and it wouldn't go off. I dropped my car off for 11am. Appt. I received a call that I needed 4 new tires and an alignment. Upon going to Honda Stamford I was accused 2 times of putting on a different tire. I did not! I had a good experience getting my car serviced here after moving to the area. I did not feel like I was getting told to perform services that I did not need. Time to have repairs completed was reasonable, and I appreciated the shuttle service to and from my home. Pricing was about what I would expect repairs/maintenence at a dealership to be. Would recommend a key pad system for pick up Afterhours so customers don’t have to wait till Monday morning when closed Sunday. Customer service agent told me my tire was covered under tire protection when he checked with new Rochelle Honda. This was inaccurate information.
I came in because all my service lights keep popping up and going away, so I needed them to run diagnostics. They got me here waiting Nearly 5 hours! And I asked someone how long does it usually take? and he said 1-2 hours sometimes 3 if it’s more complex. I genuinely think they just forgot about me because they were struggling to find my name in the system when I came back to ask what was going on with my car.
