Brian took on an old unresolved issue with my car and got it all sorted. He kept me updated the whole time and gave great advice. Also appreciated the convenience of the complimentary pickup and drop off service. Note that it's only available if you're within a 10 mile radius.
Car repairs are not cheap anymore but I find the prices here reasonable for a dealership and I like the fact that they stand behind their work. I also appreciate them taking the time to answer my questions regarding recommended servicing and I've always found the staff friendly and very professional.
Overall disorganized and unreliable. Avoid if possible… Unless of course you enjoy waiting long periods and explaining the same thing multiple times.
Unfortunately, this is not about the care team itself but about the AI phone and online service they use which has stopped me from receiving any maintenance from the team. I went online to schedule an oil change which I had to do through an AI chat. This seems unnecessary as I don't see anything wrong with an old fashioned booking portal. Absolutely a scam with the price they charge for service. The labor hours are just shady business practice. For example, to fix a very common spool valve leak they'd charge almost $1400 for 4 hours where the valve itself is very easily accessible with 3 bolts and the gaskets itself costs about $20, and about 30mins of your time diy. Or some normal amount of money at an independent shop.
