Since I had a good experience buying my car here I always took it here for routine service. Loved the service up until recently when they told me I needed spark plugs and coolant replaced on top of routine maintenance which came out to about $800. I'm not a car person but they were pretty honest before so I let them do it. Since then I've been told by people who know cars that while the coolant flush was reasonable, there is no way I needed spark plugs replaced at only 40k miles. HoP is the best car dealership around. This is my second car with them. Their service center is exceptional thanks to people like Bill. Each time I take my car for service Bill consistently goes above and beyond, communicates clearly what to expect, and makes the entire process smooth and stress free. I showed up on time for my appointment and waited three hours for them to change my oil and rotate the tires.
I have leased two vehicles from Honda of Princeton and have always relied on their wonderful service department. The people at the HoP service department are always wonderful, and I want to give a shout out to Bill Demeter who have provided me with a great customer service last week. I kept hearing some odd noise while making turns and Bill and his technician have been able to identify and make the noise go away!
