These guys do great work. They are efficient and friendly. They keep careful records of all the work that was done on the car. They have a nice waiting area. They drove me home and picked me up. All of this is great. Here's what I don't like: I have a 2018 CRV with 60,000 miles and they recommended new spark plugs, new water pump and new timing chain. Come on you guys! The original factory spark plugs should last 100,000 miles, the water pump should last 150,000 miles and the timing chain will likely last 200,000 miles or mo... read more
Excellent service and very Friendly service Technicians
Since I had a good experience buying my car here I always took it here for routine service. Loved the service up until recently when they told me I needed spark plugs and coolant replaced on top of routine maintenance which came out to about $800. I'm not a car person but they were pretty honest before so I let them do it. Since then I've been told by people who know cars that while the coolant flush was reasonable, there is no way I needed spark plugs replaced at only 40k miles. HoP is the best car dealership around. This is my second car with them. Their service center is exceptional thanks to people like Bill.
