At what point does it take to receive a phone call for a broke down vehicle that you sold to us less than 2 months ago?
I have been to Honda Ocala many times but this was the best service I have had yet…Chad is the man to see. He was kind and helpful. His communication was amazing. He texted me in middle of the day to let me know that my car was being worked on and he made sure the shuttle driver would pick me up.
Brought my Fit for an oil change. Took only an hour, gave my a comp lunch , removed the warning icons from my dash, recommended future service, however.....the invoice listed that the washer fluid was topped off but it was dry when I tried to wash the bugs of the windshield when I drove to Miami. Went to Publix to buy a gallon. What else did they neglect ? It's a little thing, not a deal breaker. The price for the synthetic offset the inconvenience.
