Scheduled an appointment for a recall, and had a detailed discussion regarding the recall and when I reached there for a 1 pm appointment, I am told I need to leave my vehicle overnight, and they don't have any loaners either. At least inform beforehand over the phone that the vehicle needs to be left overnight and there are no loaners. I took time off from work to go and drop it off, but had to come back since I have to go to work the next day and need the car. I’m very disappointed with the service I received today. I specifically requested that both my headlights and fog lights be checked to ensure they were working properly. However, only the headlights were checked, and the fog lights were completely overlooked. I also asked for a thorough inspection of my brakes and rotors because I was hearing a noise and feeling a vibration in the steering wheel when braking.
