6 star review I have been a Honda owner for 25 years. Not only does Honda make great reliable cars, but most dealerships are great as well. (One exception: Rick Case Honda) But Honda of Mentor is not only great, but they are exceptional! I would give them 6 stars! This business stands above the rest. Sales people rock, Service department thumbs down! When I bought my Element, the sales group went out if their way to help me, it was a great experience. Now onto the service and parts department, they need to train them to know the vehicles they are servicing. Every time I go in there, they come up with some sort of reason that it is not their fault the parts are bad, I have to argue and call Honda to get stuff done. great service! Ive purchased two cars from this dealership. I looked around at many others. They didn't treat me any differently because I was female or young, they treated me with respect and gave me a great deal both times. The first car I bought was a used car, and I was very peticular about what I wanted, the salesperson called many buyers and found me the pefect car.
