They miss things during the initial inspection depending on the tech. The knowledgeable technician don't actually inspect the vehicle or at least the service advisor told me that. Also it seems that every time we take the car in even if it has only been a couple of weeks they find multiple things wrong high dollar things. We had been looking at purchasing a new car but no longer have any confidence in this dealership to be honest and dependable.

They are so nice to you when you walk in the door to buy a car the service after the sale is horrendous
Poor service. First they lost my key fob but eventually found it. then i got home and found my air filter was not put back in my truck. Then i had to take the truck back up there because they didn't put enough oil in it. This use to be a good place. something has changed..
