Great service
I love this Honda dealership even tho their are a few closer to me. Clean, friendly, prompt, reasonably priced.
I went in for an oil change. I presented a coupon at the time of service. After the oil change, they had some other suggested maintenance items. I agreed to 2 out of the 3 items and presented a 15% off service coupon. When I went to pay, the bill was much higher than expected. They THEN told me I could only use 1 coupon! I think this is a terrible way to do business! I had the same service manager from start to finish. A good business would be upfront, not thrust this upon their customer at the end!! Very clean, professional, courteous staff. I'm loving my new Honda. I took it in for service and they added a free full inspection and free car wash. They're dedicated to making sure my Honda is kept up and clean. Good for their brand.
