It’s been several years of taking my car 1.5 hours from my home to this particular Honda Service Center; pretty sure I’ve worked with all of the current service team members at this point. In for chechup at a set price. Yet they always seem to find something major to try and get me to buy.
My fiance went to buy a car and the sales manager Pete was a total jerk to both myself and my fiance. They offered $2,000 less for our trade than did Peters in Nashua. Additionally, their prices were higher that the Honda Peters in Nashua for the same trim new vehicle. Go somewhere where you are treated like a valued customer and avoid Honda of Keene. These guys must think because they are the only Honda dealership near Keene they can get away with this.
