Absolutely disgusted with the service center. If you want efficiency, do not go here. If you want fairness and a worker that will communicate and fight for your case, don’t go here. If you don’t want to see your vehicle for weeks then you should 100% absolutely take it here. Don’t worry, they are also really good at telling you your vehicle will be done and ready one day and then change their mind and push the date.
I scheduled a last minute oil change for my car today. 1st time in Keene. Robert Anderson logged me in.He said an hour! Snow storm started right on time today! My car needed more attention (transmission fluid). The Honda pit team got it all done and earlier. I got home just before the storm unleashed!
It’s been several years of taking my car 1.5 hours from my home to this particular Honda Service Center; pretty sure I’ve worked with all of the current service team members at this point. I just finished a 6 hour repair that cost my entire savings and I have say that it was money well spent… My used car hasn’t driven this well since I’ve owned it.
