What a hassle-free experience ! I wasn't really decided yet on trading in my older SUV but stopped at Honda Superstore of Joliet to browse around. After talking to the salesman I was shown a used SUV in great shape and at a great price. I was so impressed with the 'no pressure' atmosphere that it made it easy to decide to do my business with this dealership. They gave me a fair deal on my trade and I was driving my new used car in no time. Would go to them for my next purchase
Purchased used car I purchased a used car from them in November. I really wasn't looking to get a newer car but they had a newer Volkswagon on their used car lot. It had all the options that I could ever want and it seemed a very fair price. It was a good experience, an easy and quick transaction. I don't say that very often about car dealerships. I will go back there if I need another car. I still go back there for service on this car. PROS: Quick, easy purchase CONS: None

Krystal Smith(internet sales) started things off by being attentive and answering all of my questions about the CRV and the price over e-mail. From there Kurt Holzinger took over the sale. Service, Service, Service!! The brakes on my Honda Pilot were in worse shape than I suspected. Mike Nicoletti pointed out not only WHAT the problems were but WHY they happened in easy to understand terms. Mike also gave me pointers on how to care for my new brakes and advised me on other upcoming maintenance, as well. Job well done by service crew at Honda of Joilet!
Not recommended I purchased a 2001 Honda Civic brand new. I ordered leather interior, a spoiler-the works. I had to take the car back to them after about 2 weeks so they could install the spoiler. When they did this, the radio and air conditioning were not working and they said they could not PROVE it was their fault. Anyhow, thankfully I purchased the extended warranty. Great service on cars The Honda Service center is my cars favorite place to get fixed up at. Not only is it located in a convenient place for me, but the service is top notch. The people there are great and dont push me around because I am a women getting my car fixed. Their prices are good, because "fixing" cars is not the only thing they do. A + service in my book.
