I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at Honda of Hollywood. We went in expecting a simple diagnostic, but instead we were met with inconsistent information, unprofessional behavior, and a complete lack of accountability. After admitting that the issue was caused by their service advisor J.C.’s mistake, the manager still refused to speak with us.
