Please don’t used this dealer for service. I had my second bad experience here. I brought in my car for service and had broke something so I can bring it back for repair so they can charge an arm and a leg. I’m not coming back and won’t recommend it to anybody.
I got my 2026 Honda Civic SI in Rallye Red with just 2 miles on it, yesterday, 08.08.2025, it just arrived, the window sticker was not even taped yet. Freddy was doing a great customer service and even the GM Arut called me and gave me an excellent deal. I just couldn't say no. The paperwork was so fast, not long and I was driving my 2026 Honda Civic SI manual transmission home. Thank you GM Arut, Thank you Freddy 👍👍🙏🙏
Sat in the service lobby inside my car for 10 minutes without a single “hello, what can I do for you, we’ll be right with you, give us a moment” not a smile or even eye contact was made. What type of customer service is that? NOT A SINGLE WORD
Their service department is a complete mess. It can take 5+ calls to get basic answers from them, and no one bothers to call back once they have an answer to my questions. If the service you need isn’t going to make them a big profit, be prepared to be deprioritized.
EDIT AT BOTTOM: BAIT AND SWITCH ALERT!!!! Was contacted via the web, and had been shopping around for a Honda CRV Sport Touring Trim. Decided to be blunt and ask for my exact numbers. was texted back "Spoke to my boss and he says he will do it".
