Extremely disappointed with the service department at Honda of Fort Myers. I brought in my car due to technical issues, and instead of addressing the problem, I was told there was nothing wrong—even though the issue clearly persists. They said they needed the car for a few days just to figure out what’s going on but refused to provide a loaner vehicle. I use the same coupon they send me in the mail/email every time I go in for my oil change, says $49.99… “regular price $59.99” per coupon yet I pay a different amount every single time (same service, no change) and an email I got back in February said the regular price was “$69.99” so what is the real price? Do they just make them up as they go?
Today I was at this dealership with the objective of fixing my radio and the attention was very bad for the reasons that I arrived with one problem and left with another that was not resolved and they created another problem for me now the bluetooth cannot be heard in the service part they wanted to put the radio on me for a price and when I went to see the manager he offered me another one with a higher price than what they had offered me how is it possible that these things happen in the same dealership and the manager did... read more
