Called to ask a simple question and ended up waiting on hold for 12 minutes. I hung up. UPDATE: Justin D, General SALES manager emailed me and got me my item. I wonder why the general SALES manager is doing customer service for a Parts Department issue? I'm happy he did, but he shouldn't have to be cleaning up someone else's issue.
